"Goddess of the triple way, night walker Hekate, of earthy, watery, and celestial frame, Mother of all things, protector in life and after, she who purifies the souls of the initiates and prepares us for the ascent to higher realms, she who guides us through the illusory world of phantasms and beyond to the great sea of understanding, she whose belly swells, the matrix of all that is coming to be and all that we’re becoming, O Hekate of many names, come to the crossroads where we stand and with your flaming torch light the way, with your key open the inner door that we, your children, may see with clear sight the garden where we dream our world into being, O mistress beloved and mighty, shine your silver light upon us, hearts calling out to thee in the darkness, be present, Hekate, and hear our prayers." - Marlene Seven Bremner
