There is no better way to begin a new cycle than by getting centered, reflecting on what has passed and setting an intention for what is to come. . In this workshop, we'll learn mindfulness watercolor techniques, practice reflective journaling and image association work to access deeper levels of awareness and set a powerful intention into form that will guide and support in the coming year. .
